Overview
Bantham RADAR was developed to support faster dermatology triage by allowing patients to submit clinically relevant skin condition information remotely. Intelivita developed a mobile application that guides patients through identity verification, symptom reporting, medical questionnaires, and clinical image capture, while securely transferring structured patient data to healthcare providers to support remote diagnosis and triage decisions.

The Challenge
The project involved 5 primary challenges.
Access to Dermatology Care
Patients often experience long waiting times for dermatology assessments and specialist appointments.
Incomplete Remote Submissions
Clinicians frequently receive low-quality images or incomplete symptom descriptions through traditional remote consultations.
Patient Anxiety and Uncertainty
Skin conditions often create concern and distress while patients wait for medical evaluation.
Clinical Workflow Efficiency
Healthcare providers require structured and consistent patient data to support fast triage decisions.
Healthcare Data Security
Patient submissions must comply with strict healthcare data protection and security requirements.
The Solutions
To overcome the challenges, five key solutions were developed and executed with precision.
Structured Digital Triage
Developed guided questionnaires to capture consistent symptom and medical history information.
Guided Clinical Image Capture
Implemented step-by-step photography guidance to ensure clinically usable dermatology images.
3D Condition Mapping
Introduced an interactive body model to allow patients to select the exact location of a skin condition.
Multi-Format Symptom Reporting
Enabled patients to submit structured responses, written descriptions, and voice notes.
Secure Data Transfer
Implemented encrypted data transmission and secure infrastructure for patient information handling.
Technology Stack
The Result
Intelivita delivered Bantham RADAR as a mobile dermatology triage platform that enables patients to submit structured skin condition information remotely. The system combines guided symptom reporting, clinical image capture, and secure data transfer to provide clinicians with complete patient information for faster triage decisions. The platform improves access to dermatology care while helping healthcare providers manage increasing demand through remote assessment workflows.
