This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Intelivita Limited collects when you visit www.intelivita.co.uk or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Intelivita Limited (company number 11138771) is the controller of your personal information. Our address is Lincoln House, 125 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BY, United Kingdom.

Personal Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, email or call us, we may ask for:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Details of your project, such as the service you need, your budget and any brief you send us

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we collect information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies on your device. We also collect the pages you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We call this “Device Information”.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals (because you asked us to, before a contract)
  • deliver projects and support for our clients (to perform our contract)
  • keep invoices and accounting records (because the law requires it)
  • understand how visitors use the Site and improve it, and keep the Site secure (our legitimate interests)

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • Cookies are small data files placed on your device. They often include an anonymous unique identifier.
  • Log files record actions on the Site, including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.
  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service from Google that tracks and reports website traffic. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_WEXXHTKMLL, which last up to 2 years. For more information, see Google’s Privacy & Terms.

We don’t use advertising or social media tracking cookies. You can refuse analytics cookies through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only when needed:

  • with our development team at Intelivita Private Limited in Ahmedabad, India
  • with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and analytics (Google)
  • with our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers
  • with authorities when the law requires it

Some of this information is transferred outside the UK, including to India and the United States. We protect these transfers with UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. You can ask us for a copy.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact, and client and accounting records for 6 years after a project ends, as UK law requires. After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.

Your Rights

Wherever you live, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or update it
  • ask us to delete it
  • ask us to restrict how we use it
  • object to how we use it, including for analytics
  • receive a copy of it to move to another organisation
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

How to Complain

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal information, please email us at support@intelivita.com with “Data protection complaint” in the subject line. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
