Alpha Consultant needed to bring clients, contractors and project teams into one platform for managing programmes, monitoring progress and recording site activity, while keeping access aligned to each user's responsibilities.

How we built the solution
Created a central project view bringing together project details, progress, performance, contract clauses and programme information in one place.
Built a structured submission workflow allowing contractors to upload programmes while authorised users can review, approve or reject submissions with reasons.
Added a four-week look-ahead view to help stakeholders see planned activities and upcoming work across the project timeline.
Created structured site diary workflows for recording activities, work details, status, photos, materials and equipment.
Introduced configurable roles and permissions so administrators can control which modules and actions are available to each user.
